I am very drawn to artwork that depicts south pacific flora and fauna. I created this sterling silver necklace with these two images in mind.
This piece was made using a jeweler's saw, piercing and cutting the shape of tapa flowers into a flat sheet of sterling silver.
I then hammered and oxidized the necklace to give the pendant more depth.
